Intuitive Reiki Level I
Reiki energy is a form of frequency that we are born into this world with. As our ego is formed and our perceptions solidify, we become detached in ways from this flow. Like a film over the connection.
Sarah-Rose, Reiki Master Teacher and Death Doula provides you the container that allows you to reconnect to the flow of Reiki.
Over a decade of experience and being a channel for this energy, Sarah-Rose will guide and support you through re-attuning to the flow of reiki energy and strengthening your connection to your intuition.

During Intuitive Reiki Level 1 teachings you will learn:

- Grounding and clearing techniques
- Introduction into chakras and chakra balancing
- Guided Meditations to meet and learn your guides
- Reiki attunements and practice with the group
- Basic space preparation
- Ways to enhance intuition
- Space and personal cleansing (Spiritual Hygiene)
- Learn the hand positions and intuitive Reiki
- Self-body scan
- Self-treatment
- Giving treatment to others
- Giving treatment to Mother Gaia
- Physical certification provided after class.(for in-person. PDF provided for online)
