During our sessions, we aim to tap into your subconscious mind by quieting the analytical side of your brain and allowing the non-analytical side to take control. By awakening your subconscious while your conscious mind relaxes, we can work together to improve your behaviour and physical well-being.
Our guided meditative hypnosis induction and deepener's help your conscious mind quiet down so we can reach your subconscious with personalized mantras and programming tailored to your specific goals.
These sessions typically last between 1- 1 1/2 hours in length, during which we work on reprogramming your core beliefs, nervous system, and thought patterns to enhance both your conscious and subconscious experiences.
Our sessions are designed to help you reconnect with yourself and shed any subconscious conditioning that may be holding you back. We use hypnosis to address a variety of areas such as confidence building, timeline jumping, quitting addictions (like smoking, shopping, alcohol, etc.), pain management, letting go of phobias, and weight loss.
Approaching these sessions with an open mind and a willingness to embrace change empowers you to make positive life-altering transformations. By showing up prepared to engage fully in the process, you can step into your true potential with confidence.
What to expect:
- Expect 10-15 minutes of preparation and discussion
- 40 minutes of meditative hypnosis
- 10-15 minutes of debriefing to process your experience.
Includes:
- Audio recording of the hypnosis to utilize after the session.
- An additional 10-20 audio recording to utilize daily
- any other suggested tools to support you on this new journey.
